At No.14, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently. Please review our delivery schedule below.
Next-Day Delivery
- Orders placed by 1 PM (Monday – Thursday) will be delivered the next day.
- Orders placed after 1 PM on Thursday will be delivered on Monday.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Returns
7-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
At No.14, we want you to shop with confidence and love every piece you wear! If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered with our 7-day return and exchange policy.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags & packaging intact).
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items marked as Sale are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to Return or Exchange
- Submit a Request – Email us at mulberrysilksonline@gmail.com with your order number.
- Ship it Back – Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Pack your item securely and send it back.
- Get Refunded or Exchanged – Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. If exchanging, we’ll ship out your new item ASAP!
